More About This Website

Welcome to our blog! Here you can learn a little more about ShelleyAndKeith Photography-- who we are, what we do, and how we do it-- with plenty of images from our photographic adventures. You can see more wedding imagery on our PORTFOLIO SITE, www.shelleyandkeith.com

We photograph weddings in New Jersey, New York City, Connecticut, and Philadelphia, always working together as a team. For the start of the day, we can be in two locations to capture the preparation of bride and groom simultaneously. The rest of the day involves our practiced teamwork. After hundreds of weddings, we know how to capture moments from multiple angles simultaneously, which expands the storytelling power of our coverage. We have each won awards from the Wedding PhotoJournalist Association (WPJA), and also have an award from the Artistic Guild of the Wedding Photojournalist Association (AGWPJA). Our work has been published in Brides Magazine. We are a 2010 pick for The Knot's Best of Weddings.

We look forward to capturing the unique and subtle qualities of our couples, letting their relationship lead the way, with a minimum of posing. After all, the whole idea is to communicate the singular love story that is at the heart of a beautiful wedding day.

    About ShelleyAndKeith Photography

ShelleyAndKeith Photography is a creative partnership between Shelley Woodworth and Keith Foley. Shelley and I are partners in creating memorable and meaningful images for our wedding clients, working as an experienced and coordinated team. Having two photographers around to capture the moments of your day is a great thing, but it's even better when both shooters are used to working together, sensing the events that are unfolding, and also sensing each other's instincts for turning these moments into beautiful memories. While we have no problem with making group photos, we prefer to spend most of our time as unobtrusive and observational shooters, letting things happen instead of making them happen, so that the truth, fun, and beauty of the day come shining through.
