More About This Website

Welcome to our blog! Here you can learn a little more about ShelleyAndKeith Photography-- who we are, what we do, and how we do it-- with plenty of images from our photographic adventures. You can see more wedding imagery on our PORTFOLIO SITE, www.shelleyandkeith.com

We photograph weddings in New Jersey, New York City, Connecticut, and Philadelphia, always working together as a team. For the start of the day, we can be in two locations to capture the preparation of bride and groom simultaneously. The rest of the day involves our practiced teamwork. After hundreds of weddings, we know how to capture moments from multiple angles simultaneously, which expands the storytelling power of our coverage. We have each won awards from the Wedding PhotoJournalist Association (WPJA), and also have an award from the Artistic Guild of the Wedding Photojournalist Association (AGWPJA). Our work has been published in Brides Magazine. We are a 2010 pick for The Knot's Best of Weddings.

We look forward to capturing the unique and subtle qualities of our couples, letting their relationship lead the way, with a minimum of posing. After all, the whole idea is to communicate the singular love story that is at the heart of a beautiful wedding day.

    Meghan & Greg's Engagement Shoot

We offer an engagement shoot to our wedding clients, a great way to capture some spontaneous interaction and fun in a more informal and relaxed setting. This always pays off on the wedding day, since we get to know each other and become comfortable working together. And, we create some unique and meaningful imagery while we're at it.... For example, Meghan and Greg got themselves all styled up for our get-together in Morristown last fall, just before the snow started. We were there for the "golden hour" warm light, and just walked and enjoyed each other. They made it so easy, and the results are gorgeous:
